RECOMMENDATION TO THE COMMON COUNCIL
DENIAL OF REZONING

for a change in zoning for the property located at S68 W16949
Martin Drive from RS-3 to RS-3 OD, and
WHEREAS, The necessary Public Hearing has been scheduled, and
WHEREAS, A request for rezoning from RS-1 to RS-2 was
denied in Resolution #P.C. 28-78, on March 7, 1978, and
WHEREAS, A request for rezoning from RS-1 to RS-3 was denied in Resolution #P.C. 28-85, on April 5, 1985, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved the rezoning on April 9, 1985 and,
WHEREAS, Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed the
original request for rezoning, recommending denial because of the
existing duplex located on the property, which is non-conforming
use, and
meet the zoing required in the the RS3-OD District.
