PCR1985116RESOLUTION AP.C. 116-85 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE ALLAN GRUENEWALD WHEREAS, Allan Gruenewald, located at S64 W13223 Windsor Road, has requested permission to construct a 12' x 12' and not more than 15', in height, unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Allan Gruenewald for a 12' x 12' and not more that 15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at S64 W13223 Windsor Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and use of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
