ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
IRVING FISCHER
WHEREAS, Irving Fischer, located at W161 S7484 Erin Court
has requested permission to construct a 12' x 16' and not more
than 15', in height, unattached, second garage structure on his
property, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this PUD District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of Irving Fischer for a 12' x 16' and not more that
15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at W161 S7484
Erin Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with this
residential neighborhood.
