APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
LINCOLN STATE BANK
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for a 56 sq. foot
temporary sign to be placed on the property located at S63 W13510
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign is made out of plywood with painted
letters, and will be mounted on 4' x 4' posts, and
WHEREAS, This approval is for a time period of six months,
and
WHEREAS, Approval of the Building Site and Operational plan
is contingent upon submittal of plans for a sign and landscaping,
and
WHEREAS, This temporary sign meets the requirements in this
RS-2 OHS District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does
hereby approve the request of Lincoln State Bank for a 56 square
foot temporary sign for the property addressed at S63 W13510
Janesville Road.
