ESTABLISHEMENT OF SEWERED AREA
SCOTT KRAUSE
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council the proposed PUD in Sections 25, and 26, and
WHEREAS, The developer is anticipating the connection of
sewers to MMSD. and
WHEREAS, There will be a change in the SWRPC and City sewer
service map for the year 2005, and
WHEREAS, This change should be mutually agreeable to the
City, the developer, and SWRPC, and
WHEREAS, The change is to encompass the area proposed by
the developer on the map marked "Exhibit A".
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does
hereby recommend to SWRPC, that the sewer service map be amended
as shown on the map marked, "Exhibit A", to include hashed area
on Loomis Road.
