RESOLUTION #P.C. 107-85
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ELROY KURTH
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Edward A.
Hurley, land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize a two
parcel division of the Elroy Kurth property, in the NE 114 of
Section 2, on Tess Corners Drive and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a sketch in
Resolution #P.C. 96-85, on July 16, 1985, and
WHEREAS, There is no change from the original sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego hereby approve the certified survey map of Elroy
Kurth for a two parcel division for the property located in the
NE 114 of Section 2, on Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to
approval by the City Engineer and the receipt of $75.00 submittal
fee and $400.00 in lieu of park dedication.
