APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LAWRENCE SCHWARTZ
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by John W. Jahnke,
land surveyor, dated July 30, 1985, has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the Lawrence Schwartz property
located in the SW 114 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a sketch for this
division in Resolution t1P.C. 91-85 on July 16. 1985. and
WHEREAS, There is no change from the original sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and hereby recommends
approval to the Common council, the certified survey map for a
0 one parcel division of the Lawrence Schwartz property located in
the SW 114 of Section 7.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
approval of the City Engineer. and receipt of the $75.00
submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
