AUTHORIZING ACQUISTION OF STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR THE
INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, The City has determined that it is necessary to
obtain an easement from Harold DeBack to provide for storm
drainage for the completion of the Industrial Park Project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the
City of Muskego
