AUTHORIZING ACQUISTION OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FOR THE
INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, The City has determined that it is necessary to
provide an easement to Harold DeBack to provide for a sanitary
sewer easement for completion of the Industrial Park Project, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the easement to Harold DeBack from the City for the
Industrial Park Project.
