APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION FOR A CHANGE IN PUD
ROBERT KLENZ
WHEREAS, It is necessary for the Plan Commission to
recommend a change in PUD, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission determined in Resolution #P.C.
73-85, that there was a substantial enough change to hold a
public hearing, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby recommend to the Common Council the
0 approval of a change in PUD for the property
approval/disapproval
located in the NW 114 of Section 10 hown as Freedom Square #4.
