RESOLUTION #P .C. 102-85
APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
FUTURE PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission recommended denial of the
rezoning on April 16, 1985, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved the rezoning on April
23, 1985, and the ordinance became effective on June 6, 1985, and
WHEREAS, The zoning requires a conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, At the public hearing many concerns were
expressed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the condition use grant for Future Parkland Developement, Inc.
for the property located in the north 1/4 of the northeast 1/4
and the northeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 36.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does set
the following conditions,
OPERATION
1. Hours of operation
2. Control of dust
3. Other
BUILDINGS
1. All of the existing buildings be issued an Occupancy
Certificate prior to occupancy
2. Any signs and exterior lighting proposed must have Plan
Commission approval

1. No refuse other that than from Briggs h Stratton is to

be dumped on the site without Plan Commission approval
2. Any proposed change in the creek which transverses
The property must have engineering plans submitted
to the Public Works Department and City Engineer for
approval
3. All requirements recommended by the consulting
engineers be followed

1. Plans must be submitted showing the replacement of any
trees that will be destroyed during construction and
any screening required be approved by the Plan Commiss-
ion
