APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF USE
TKI COUNTY TIE AND TIMBER
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted for a change of
conditional use grant for the property located at S66 W14431
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This expansion of use is for the purpose of
selling (wholesale and retail) railroad ties and landscape
timbers, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego hereby approve the request of
approve/disapprove
Tri County Tie and Timber for a change of use for the property
located at S66 W14431 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission set the
following conditions: 1. Compliance with all local, state, and
federal laws, 2. The drip tank be buried to the depth as
specified in the submittal, 3. A platform be added under the
ties within 60 days.
