APPROVAL OF ADDITION

WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 50' x 60 addition
for the property located at S66 W14444 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This is an expansion of Conditional Use Grant F46
in this B-3 District, and
WHEREAS, This expansion will be used for the sale of
wholesale parts, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, hereby approve the expansion of conditional use
to allow the construction of a 50' x 60' addition for the sale of
wholesale parts for the property located at S66 W14444 Janesville
Road.
