APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF DUSTPROOFING
MARK OVERBY
WHEREAS, A request to dustproof the parking area and
driveways for the purpose of selling fruits and vegetables has
been submitted by Mark Overby for the property located at S98
W12575 Loomis Road known as Dick's Farm Market, and
WHEREAS, The original approval was conditioned upon the
parking area and driveways be asphalted, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to dustproof these areas with a
parafin oil base.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, disapprove the request of Mark
approve/disapprove
Overby for the property hown as Dick's Farm Market located at
S98 W12575 Loomis Road.
