DENIAL OF SKETCH
HAROLD DEBACK
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide four parcels in the SN 114
of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, These parcels are to abut Racine Avenue, a limited
access road, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to use easement:; to give access, and
WHEREAS, One lot will only abut the public street by 30 feet
and is L-shaped, and
WHEREAS, There are possibly better layouts than being
proposed with existing cul-du-sacs to serve the four lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission o€ the
City of Muskego,. deny the request of Harold DeRack €or the
division oE Eo11lr parcels in the sw 114 of Section 32.
