WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a parcel of land in the
Southwest 114 of Section 7. and
WHEREAS This is in RCE zoning requiring 120,000 sq. feer in
area and 250 feet averaee width, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to dedicate 40' from the centerline
of Section 7 and 100' from the west line of Section 7 (on Crowbar
Road), and
WHEREAS, This proposed lot is 3.21 acres in size taken from
approximately 15 acres.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Nuskego, approved the sketch OF T,arry Schwartz Eor the
