APPROVAL OF CHANGE IN DRIVEWAY
CLARENCE FROELICH
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Clarence
Froelich to correct and modify certi€ied survey nap number 4539
by removing and eliminating the common driveway on the southeast
corner of Lot 1 and the southwest corner of Lot 2 on the north
line of Lembezeder Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved this certified survey
map on September 6, 1983, contingent on there be one access for
two lots.
THEREFORE 1315 IT KISOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the reqluest of Clarence Froelich to
remove and eliminate the comlnon driveway on the southeast corner
of Lot 1 and the southwest corner of Lot 2 on the north line of
Lembezeder Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
that the Common Council approve this request.
