PCR1985086RESOLUTION 11p.c. 86-85 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE Den Bodamer WHEREAS, Don Bodamer, W124 S6738 Jo Court, has requested permission to construct a 20' x 16' and not more than 15' in height, unattached, second garage structure on his property. and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego, (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Don Bodamer, for a 20' x 16' and not more than 15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at W124 S6738 Jo Court. BE IT FURTHER KESOLVED, That the architectural design and use of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
