ZIEGE DISTRIBUTING INC.
DENIAL OF TRAILER
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Ziege Distributing,
Inc., for locating a 40' trailer with diesel reefer connected on
the property located at W146 S6420 Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, This trailer is proposed to be located preferably
on the north side of building with an alternate site being the
east side or rear of the building, aud
WHEREAS, This trailer is to be used for emergencies such as
power failure, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission determined at their meeting on
March 5, 1985, that there will be no outside storage unless
properly screened.
THEREFORE BE IT KESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, deny the request of Ziege Distributing Inc., for
locating a 40'trailer with diesel reefer connected on the
property located at W146 S6420 Tess Corners Drive.
