APPROVAL OF MINI WAKEHOUSE BUILDINGS
JOSEPH REATKA
WHEREAS, It has been proposed by Joseph Beatka to construct
mini-warehouse buildings, for the property located in the NE 1/4
of Section 5 on the northeast corner of Tans Drive and Racine
Avenue known as parcel 1 and
WHEREAS, 'Chis proposal is for two buildings, each 40' x
200' , and
WHEREAS, The buildings will be cement block and have roll up
doors, and
WHEREAS, These buildings will be used as rentals for 10' x
20 'storage areas, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City nf Mclskego, on it.;
own initative, recommends to theCommon Council to change the
Zoning Ordinance. Section 8.12 C to add 6. as conditional use to
allow mini-warehouses in the 8-2 zoning.
THEREFORE BE I'I' RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission oE the
City of Huskego hereby approved the reqaest Eroio ,Joseilh Beatka
€or a mini-warehouse located in the NE 114 of Section 5 on the
northeast corner of Tans Drive and Racine Avenue.
