APPROVAL OF SIGN
UNITED AUTO BODY
WHEREAS, A request for a sign has been submitted by Laurie
Czaplewski for the property located at S73 W16437 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign is 4' x 6' and 10-15" wide, and
WHEREAS, The sign is two sided with revolving light panels
inside to create the effect of motion, having colors that pulsate
across the sign, and
WHEREAS, This sign will replace the existing 9' x 9' Sindic
Olsmobile sign at the same location, and meets the requirements
in this RS-2 OHS District, and
WHEREAS, The pulsating motion of the sign will be approved
on a trial basis, and if there is any distraction, it must be
permanently lit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, approved the request for a 4' x 6' sign to be
located at S73 W16437 Janesville Road.
