APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BRIAN HARPER
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Gerald E. Casey,
land surveyor , dated May 31, 1985, has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the property located in the NE
1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, There has been a four (4) parcel division of this
property, and this is a division of parcel three (3), and
WHEREAS, This division conforms to the requirements in this
RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has approved a sketch of this
division on May 21, 1985.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map submitted for a one
parcel division of the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section
11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this is subject to receipt of a
$75.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
