APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
LINCOLN STATE BANK
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 1,700 square foot
building known as Lincoln State Bank - Muskego Branch on the
property located on the northwest corner of College Avenue and
Janesville Road in the NW 114 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS, The bank will have three drive up lanes and a full
basement, and
WHEREAS, The bank will be decorated with cedar siding and
stone and
WHEREAS, There is ample off-street parking available.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego hereby approve the Building Site and Operational
Plan for Lincoln State Bank for the property located on the
northwest corner of College Avenue and Janesville Road in the NW
114 of Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent
upon the submittal of plans for a sign and landscaping.
