RECOMMENDING ACQUISTION OF EASEMENT
BOSZHARDT LANE SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, The City has determined that it is necessary to
obtain an Easement from Victor Lemke to provide sewer service to
dwellings owned by Mr. Lemke and Margaret Lindhorst.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquistion of the Easement from Victor Lemke for
the Roszhardt Lane Sewer Project.
