APPROVAL FOR SATELLITE DISH
KICHARD MACIEJEWSKI
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install a satellite dish on the
property located at S77 W17431 St. Leonards Drive, and
WHEREAS, Satellite dishes are subject to Plan Commission
approval, and
WHEREAS, It will not be more than 15' in height, and
WHEREAS, It is properly screened from view of the
neighboring property, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to add more screening in form of
evergreens on two (2) sides facing the adjoining neighbors, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to be located in the backyard
abutting St. Leonard's parking lot.
THEKEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of t
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request for a satell
dish to be located on the property located at S77 W17431 St.
