KECOMMENDING TO THE COMMON COUNCIL A CHANGE IN PUD
ROBERT KLENZ
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide one acre from an
approximately 15 acre plat within a Planned Unit Development, and
WHEREAS, This is a plan for 123 condominium units, and
WHEREAS, This division is proposed to be used for a funeral
home, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.02 (6)C. states that any change to the
plans must be submitted to the Common Council and if in the
opinion of the Common Council after recommendation of the Plan
Commission, such change constitutes a substantial alteration of
the original plan, a public hearing should be required.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends to the Common Council that the change constitues a
substantial alteration of the original plan and public hearing
before the Common Council should be held.
