APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
YVONNE YOUNG
A certified survey map prepared by Gerald E. Casey,
', dated May 21, 1985, has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Yvonne Young property located in NW
114 and SW 114 of the SW 114 of Section 3, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a sketch for this
division in Resolution #P.C. 62-85 on May 7, 1985, and
WHEREAS, The zoning requires 15,000 square feet in area and
110 foot average width in this RS-3 district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and hereby recommends
approval to the Common Council, the certified survey map for a
one parcel division of the Yvonne Young property located in the
NW 114 and SW 114 of the SW 114 of Section 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
approval of the City Engineer.
