RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW EXTKACTIVE AND
PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT PERMIT
STATE SAND AND GRAVELIPAYNE AND DOLAN
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 held
by State Sand & Gravel and Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for an
extractive permit, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has also
received a request from Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for renewal of
their permit for continued operation of the portable asphalt
plant located on Crowbar Road, and
gravel pit along with the asphalt plant, and
plant should be applied for at the same time, and
WHEREAS, State Sand & Gravel and Payne & Dolan operate this
WHEREAS, The permit for the extractive operation and asphalt
WHEREAS, A fee of $200.00 for both permits, $100.00 for each
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
permit, to defray the cost of administration has been paid, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing $125,000.00 bond for the
restoration.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval for the renewal of permit for the Conditional Use Grant
#37, and the approval for the renewal of permit for the continued
operation of the portable asphalt plant on Crowbar Road.
