APPROVAL OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
JACK D. WARDEN
WHEREAS, A petition for a conditional use grant has been
submitted by Jack Warden for that property located in the NW 114
of the NW 114 of Section 7 for the purpose of constructing a
radio communication tower, and
district which permits this type of use,

WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 7, 1985, adopted a
