RECOMMENDING APPKOVAL/DISAPPROVAL TO REZONE
SCOTT KRAUSE
WHEREAS, The City has received a petition to rezone land, in
overlay, R-2, R-3, A, RSM and B-4, and Sections 25 and 26, for the following basic districts with an OPD
WHEREAS, Section 5.02 outlines the procedure. and
WHEREAS, Section 5.02 (4) b, provides for the necessary study and investigation by the Plan Commission and make
recommendations to the Common Council prior to a Public Hearing,
and
intended development and other information has been proposed, and
WHEREAS, A statement describing the general character of
the project has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, A general conceptual and development plan outlining
favorable reaction on school impact, SEWPAC, sewer capacity
WHEREAS, The PLan Commission recommends approval pending a
obtained, PUD requirements being met, engineerin2 on sewered
area, and impact on City services.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission does ~~ ~
