APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition for
legal lot status for a lot in the NE 114 of Section 15 on Bay
Lane, and
WHEREAS, These lots have recently been provided with sewers,
and
WHEREAS, It is being proposed that the lot will be conveyed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant legal lot status to that lot in
the NE 114 of Section 15 on Bay Lane
