APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION

WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted by Brian Harper for the
property located in the NE 114 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, This division conforms to the requirements in this
RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS, There has been a four (4) parcel division of this
property, and this a division of parcel three (3).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego hereby approve the division of land located in
parcel three (3) of the property located in the NE 114 of Section
11.
