APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN

WHEREAS, Plans have been submitted for the property located
at S73 W16437 Janesville Road for the purpose of autobody repair work not including retail sales, and
from the rear or south end of the building to the south boundry
on the lot, and
WHEREAS, The fence will eliminate access to Bay Lane , and
WHEREAS, Damaged cars will be parked in excess of 115' from
The East boundry along Bay Lane will have a wooden fence
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS. Waste material will be stored in a fenced area at
the rear of the building, and
WHEREAS, There will be 50% or more less traffic with no
public traffic driving across the crushed stone and traffic bond area, and
located behind the building, and
for the area visible from Janesville Road, and
west, dust proofing on the gravel area, and a grassy area
provided within the vision setback, and

City of Muskego hereby approve the Building Site and Operational
Janesville Road.
