APPROVAL OF GAS TANK
JOHNNY'S PETROLEUM
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has received a petition for an
expansion of conditional use status for Johnny's Petroleum
Products, Inc., on the property located at S76 W17871 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, This expansion is to allow the installation of a
1000 gallon propane gas tank to dispense liquid petroleum or LP
gas for resale, and
WHEREAS, The necessary Public Hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, Such use is not that much different than the
wholesale oil business now being a use already operating on that
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego hereby approve the expansion of condition use
grant 1\15, for Johnny's Petroleum Products, Inc., located at S75
W17871 Janesville Road.
