PCR1985062RESOLUTION #P.C. 62-85 APPROVAL OF SKETCH ROBERT KLENZ REALTY WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 15,660 square foot lot located at S68 S16949 Martin Drive, and WHEREAS, This was recently rezoned on April 9, 1985 from RS- 1 to RS-3, and WHEREAS, The zoning requires a 15,000 square feet in area and 110 foot average width in this RS-3 district, and WHEREAS, This lot has in excess of 110 foot average width. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for Robert Klenz Realty for the property located at S68 W16949 Martin Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be receptive to a certified survey map to finalize this division upon approval of the City Engineers, and submittal of a $75.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
