APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
CITY HALL/LIBRARY EXPANSION
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a Library addition and
remodel the existing City Hall, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned OIP, Institutional zoning, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is required to approve Building
Site and Operational Plans or any change thereof, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission was appraised of that addition
on February 5, 1985, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council on March 26, 1985, Resolution
1/52-85, approved the expansion.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building Site and Operational Plan for the City Hall/Library
and to permit construction of the addition and remodeling therof.
