DENIAL OF SKETCH
ROBERT KLENZ REALTY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 15, 660 square foot lot
located at S68 W16949 Martin Drive, and
WHEREAS, This was recently rezoned on April 9, 1985 from RS-
1 to RS-3 and
WHEREAS, The zoning requires 15,000 square feet in area and
100 foot average width in this RS-3 district, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission recommended denial of this
rezoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch for Robert Klenz
Realty for the property located at S68 W16949 Martin Drive.
