APPROVAL OF CHANGE

OF SIGN
WHEREAS, It is proposed to change a free standing sign in
the Clark Oil Service Station located at S73 W16680 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, This change will eliminate the non-illuminating
sign advertising the price of gasoline to an illuminating sign,
and
WHEREAS, This lot has 178' of frontage which permits a
43.8'free standing sign, and
WHEREAS, This sign will not exceed 43.8'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the change of sign from a
non-illuminating free standing sign to an illuminating free
standing sign located at S73 W16680 Janesville Road.
