APPROVAL OF SATELLITE DISH
FRED LAYMAN
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Fred Layman, to
construct a satellite dish at the property addressed at W180
57943 Pioneer Drive, and
WHEREAS, The dish will be 6' to 8' in diameter and 8' to 10'
in height, and
WHEREAS, The dish meets the offset and setback regulations,
and,
WHEREAS, The dish is screened by existing trees.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby approve the request to construct a
satellite dish on the property addressed at W180 S7943 Pioneer
Drive .
