ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE EDWARD SCHMIDT
WHEREAS, Edward Schmidt, S70 W16927 Hedgewood Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 20' x 25', and not more than
15' in height, unattached, second garage structure on his
property, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 OPD
district, and
WHEREAS, The size and location conform to the ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of Edward Schmidt, for a 20' x 25' and not more than
15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at S70 W16927
Hedgewood Drive.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and use
of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
