WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has received a petition of conditional use status for change of use at W180 S7767 Pioneer
Drive, and
WHEREAS, This conditional use grant is for the purpose of
service and sales of automobiles including body repair and used
car lot, not including the storing junk, wrecks or parts, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to place certain conditions on the
general welfare, safety and economic prosperity of that area and
property so that such grant would have no effect on health,
offensive or nuisance effects that would be appropriate to
City, and to eliminate any possible hazzards, harmful, noxious,
carrying out the intention of conditional grants.
