APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
INGERSOLL CABLE
at S73 W1 37 Janesville Road for the purpose of using the existing building in the operation, management, construction,
service, maintainance, and normal business of Ingersoll Cable, and
service of Ingersoll Lawn and Garden Tractors, Panasonic
televisions and VCR's, and the rental of video tapes, and
system, and
WHE EAS, Plans have been submitted for the property located "lsL,
WHEREAS, This business will also include; the sale and
WHEREAS, There will be no increase to the existing sewer
WHEREAS, There will be no excessive noise, dust or odor, and
WHEREAS, There will be no outside storage unless properly
WHEREAS, The vision corner, as defined in the ordinance,
WHEREAS, The asphalting will be completed fifteen (15)
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the

months after the approval date of the resolution.
