PCR1985049RESOLUTION I1P.C. 49-85 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE RICHARD L. PRUNUSKE WHEREAS, Richard L. Prunuske, W182 S6490 Muskego Drive, has requested permission to construct a 24' x 36', and not more than 15' in height, unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-3 District, and WHEREAS, The garage area shall not exceed 720 sq. feet. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve the request of Richard L. Prunuske for a 24' x 36', and not more than 15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at W182 S6490 Muskego Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and use of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
