ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
B. TOMICH
WHEREAS, B. Tomich, S70 W13001 Woods Road, has requested
permission to construct a 10' x la', and not more than 15' in
height, unattached, second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of B. Tomich, for a 10' x la', and not more than 15'
in height, unattached, second garage structure at S70 W13001
Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with this
residential neighborhood.
