APPROVAL OF FREE STANDING SIGN
BECKER-RITTER FUNERAL HOME
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for a 4' x 8' free
standing sign to identify the Becker-Ritter Funeral Home located
at W173 S7629 Westwood Drive, and
WHEREAS, It will be a mounted on a 4" x 4" sq. tube x 10'
long, and embedded in 12" of concrete,
WHEREAS, It will be double faced
cabinet painted black, and have clear
the second surface in black with the 1
and
with extruded aluminum
lexan faces decorated on
etters in white, and
WHEREAS, The Aluminum picture frame molding will be gold,
and
WHEREAS, It will be illuminated with 8-10 florescent lamps,
and,
WHEREAS, The sign meets the requirements for this B-3
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve a 4' x 8' free standing sign identifying
the Becker-Ritter Funeral Home located at W173 S7629 Westwood
Drive .
