APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
Family Craft Tree
WHEREAS, it is proposed to place a 10' x 18" sign on the
north side of the building addressed S66 W14523 Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS, it is also proposed to place two 4' x 8' signs on
the east and west side of the building addressed above, and
WHEREAS, these signs would have a grey background with red
lettering advertising the Family Craft Tree, a new business in
this building, and
WHEREAS, these signs will meet the zoning ordinance
requirements for signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves the 10' x 18" sign and the two 4' x 8'
signs for Family Craft Tree located at S66 W14523 Janesville
Road.
