APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MELVIN F. AND DELORES G. GULBRANDSON
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by John F. Degen,
land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel
division of the Melvin F. and Delores G. Gulbrandson property in
the NW 114 of Section 17, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, This division has been approved by the Town of
Norway on April 4, 1985.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the Melvin F. and Delores G. Gulbrandson
property located in the NW 114 of Section 17, Town of Norway.
