RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RCE TO RCE (OIP)
JACK WARDEN
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a radio communications
tower in the NW 114 of the NW 114 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance only permits the construction
of radio communication towers in an OIP district as a conditional
grant, and
WHEREAS, This area is a predominately undeveloped area in an
RCE district, and
WHEREAS, This use will permit the continuing use of this
property as farmland, and
WHEREAS, The existing tower located to the south has not
caused any problems, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission will be required to add and
state any conditions that may apply to this type of use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego hereby recommends to the Common Council that the
NW 114 of the NW 114 of Section 7 be rezoned from RCE to RCE-OIP.
