APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF LEGAL NON-CONFORMING SIGN
LAKESHORE INN
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has been requested to approve a
change in an non-conforming sign for the Lakeshore Inn addressed
at S90 W13960 Boxhorn Drive, and
WHEREAS, This addition to the existing sign is a neon 12" x
18" sign reading open", and I1
WHEREAS, A previous request illumimate this sign has been
refused, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission feels this is not an expansion
of a legal non-conforming sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the request for expanded use or size of
the sign advertising Lakeshore Inn addressed at S90 W13960
Boxhorn Drive.
