DENIAL OF EXPANSION OF LEGAL NON-CONFORMING SIGN
LAKESHORE INN
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has been requested to approve a
change in a non-conforming sign, and
WHEREAS, This addition to the existing sign is a neon 12" x
18" sign reading "open", and
WHEREAS, A previous request to illuminate this sign has been
refused, and
WHEREAS, The expansion of a non-conforming sign is not
permitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego deny the request for expanded use or size of the
sign advertising Lakeshore Inn.
